I have purchased my S7 edge in UAE and I am currently staying in India. Can I use the local Indian cards in Samsung Pay?
And also, can I use it here now as it is available in India but not in UAE

you cannot as stupid Samsung Pay does not have Multi region support...You purchase phone in UAE so you are forced to use only local UAE bank account...Not even any other bank account in any other Middle East country let alone India....

no I don't think so u can use UAE cards only and it is now officially available. NBAD ENBD & STANDARD CHARTERED BANK are available for now

I have checked with their Customer support team and what I have written is as per their statement...

That Samsung pay will ONLY work with Cards of Banks from phones in the Country of Phone Origin. ie If Phone is having an IMEI of UAE, samsung Pay will accept to load Cards only from UAE.
Not from Qatar, Not from Germany and definitely not from India...etc

After loading the Card from point of Origin Country u can use Samsung Pay anywhere in the world where Samsung Pay is available.
