Samsung Service and Samsung phones **bleep**.
Don't rely on Samsung to solve the issue caused by themselves.
Recently from last 2 months users all over the world facing issue of pattern and pin lock not matching in their phone even if they are using from long time. Also find my mobile service is also not able to remove all security unlock via cloud. Customer care on call are saying that this is not possible, you might have changed n forgot pattern. Also after showing him many post on samsung community site, sammobile and also Samsung member app issue list, he is not accepting issue.
Only answer you got from them is to go to service centre and pay for their mistakes.
Also after reset, many are still facing issue in setting new lock.
Samsung should focus on quality n security for their products.
I have been a loyal customer of samsung since first edition of galaxy but now thinking to switch to another brand.
