My phone keeps on restarting every time on it's own & produce a weird noise then switches off . I have sent error codes & am not getting any help??? These phones are expensive & therefore samsung you should be proactive in solving these software issues. Solve my problem?????
i can not access setting in my galaxy s7. I tried to reset the system to factory settings by a hard reset. after that when clicking on the gear symbol for setting jumps to setting the safe folder (see attachment).
