You can use PC for update and for that you need to download smart switch for mobile as well as pc. I am giving you link by which you download smart switch app.

For Mobile

For Laptop/PC

1- you phone should connect with pc/laptop via Usb cable
2- you pc/laptop has separate internet connection not with phone whom you are updating
3- By opening the smart switch app in pc/laptop will show your mobile phone, there below that you can see if update available for your phone
4- If available, you can download and install

A70 me also update through smart switch waiting but we have separate connections in mobile and pc can we put mobile Hotspot to pc because I have 17gb almost

If you want to update a phone but you can't use Hotspot through that mobile because during update your mobile will automatically switch off so further how internet can you used because your mobile is switch.

So better a separate connection like any other mobile data using Hotspot you can download software.
