Not only Samsung, every Android manufacturer. Though Samsung is providing even 8-9k phones with 2 major updates which is really nice but they do the same for flagships also which is clearly not acceptable. I would say Samsung should atleast provide 3 major updates to the flagships.

@hgcatlion Updating Mid-range phones depends upon the competition. Nobody uses midrange phones for more than 2 years and most of the brands only update their devices for 2 years, although they don't push monthly patches but Samsung does for all their A devices. But Flagship phones must at least 3 major updates as we pay more than double the amount of midrange phones upto 30k. Samsung increases their pricing every year, people pay that and buy their expensive devices, We deserve more updates than a Rs8000 entry level phone like M10s. M10s will also get 2 major upgrade so will S10, S20 and it ain't fair as S10+ and S20 cost almost 10times that
