my s9 plus front camera use 5.2 mp in default and crop the image in all app like whatsapp calling,Facebook and other apps .please Samsung resolved this issue😬😬😬😬
We would like to inform you that the megapixel of the device camera will always depend on picture size. When the camera is in normal mode, it will click picture in (5.2 MP) but when you select the wide angel mode and 4:3 resolution, the size of the picture will change into (8.0 MP).
Hence highest megapixel in normal mode while using 4:3 ratios will be 5.2MP for front camera. Whereas for wider angle it will be 8MP.
