My bixby wakeup is not working ...How I fix it ...

Change mode from Hands free only.

OK. Goto app properties and wipe cache and data. You will have to reset the app.

[assist4tech]

Also try Google Assistant. With S10 you would have realised even Samsung has given up on Bixby.
