One ui 2.0 Animations working how they should only in safe mode. See the two videos. Any help and tips appreciated. Thanks.

i rebooted and all. nothing happened. turned on in safe mode. animations working like note 10 plus which my brother has. turned off safe mode, animations again not jumping and bouncing like iOS. and like in note 10 etc. get my issue?

my animations are not reduced and removed. and in developer options they are at 1x.

Resolved for me. Factory reset the phone and dont install goodlock. Working fine since morning.
