Hey guys my phone does not charge with a charger and charges only with a USB outlet like computer or TV ... I have tried my charger works for other phones but not mine ...please suggest wat can I do
I cleared the cache and tried other fast charger also ....does not work ....even normal charge does not work only charges through USB cable wen connected to a computer or TV
Oh that's unfortunate. Seems like you'd need to visit a service centre then. As your last resort see if a factory reset will help otherwise get it checked immediately.
