This is more or less a common issue with Most of the Handsets, including my Note9 too after some Security Patches & it can be further managed by us through Background Battery Restriction of apps running in background unnecessarily and consuming Data & Battery.. But do it Judicially, Since System Apps & Mailing Apps (Gmail, Yahoo etc.) need not be Restricted.. Similarly from here itself you can also Restricts Unnecessarily used Data in Background too..But Choose Apps. Carefully...

guys i had the same issue with my s8 plus.  after some digging in the net i found out about 

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kaspersky.batterysaver&hl=en_IN

 

its kaspersky battery saver app.   it should help you with some battery draining.
