Have you tried the testing feature within this app? If it still fails, try it again restarting your phone or, by entering into same mode.
If the problem still persists, take your phone to your nearest Samsung care centre and they will take care of it.

same happened with my s7 edge go to the service center its because of defective motherboard

- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
