We do apologize for the inconvenience caused as IRIS recognition is not working. We would like to inform you to follow the steps below to resolve your concern:-
- Reregister the Iris scanner with the below conditions. The phone may not recognize your eyes when:
• Something prevents the camera from getting a good view of your irises (e.g. glasses, low eyelids, recent eye surgery, disease, dirt, damage to the camera, or excessive movement).
• The lighting is very different from when you recorded your irises (e.g. direct sunlight). Hold your device about 25-35 cm away from your face with the screen facing towards you.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
