Galaxy SHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue :
1. Check same earphone in another device.
2. Check another earphone in your device.
3. Go to settings > general management > reset > reset settings.
If still issue persists, kindly visit the nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
