Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung community! We would like to inform you that the flickering issue occurring while making Slow motion video is a concept and is not observed in outdoor condition under sun. Coming to the cause of this issue, if you shoot with faster shutter speed than frequency, you may see flickering. This is a very common phenomenon that occurs in almost all light sources using AC power sources, and cannot be avoided.

i have tried shooting slow mo in bright day light and it still jitters and unfortunately we have no manual override option on any of the controls.. so the fact of faster shutter speed leading to this sounds unreasonable.. this issue is happening post oreo update to I believe all users
