I'm getting unknown ads on my phone out of no where while I'm trying to access any app such as Samsung music, WhatsApp, Instagram. they pop up and block the entire screen.

Maybe due to some app. Check which apps have the permission to draw over other apps.

Kindly uninstall UC browser and third party audio/music player and video player (black color).
Uninstall third party file manger if any.

it got fixed when I uninstalled yupp TV app
