hi biddies.my galaxy s7 edge upper screen cracked what shuld i do? 1st of all samsung saying that s7 screen is unbreakable waht abt my cell phone?

unbreakable? really? Mine cracked on the back. So Samsung should stop lying to the customers. They also said batteries don't blow up. Then they started to point on their supplier.

cracked + had a severe software issue after a fucking update. And the phone went really mad, overheating and rebooting in loop.

I'm in Samsung since their Galaxy S. But they're still not unbreakable, still not able to sustain 2 days of standard usage, still not able to provide a real free cloud backup solution to be able to restore every single OS setting.

more than 700 dolls for this, per year now, that's really too much.
And I don't even talk about their stupid curvy screen that let you press on the edge without wanting it. And they would want to sell it the price of an Apple phone...
Samsung you'll lose many customers if you don't learn from their comments. Few chinese phones are coming...
