Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that your device has two method to capture the screenshot :-
1 Kindly press the power button with home key simultaneously to capture the screenshot.
2 Kindly turn on the Swipe capture mode from the Settings and the then swipe you hand to capture the screenshot.
