s7edge my headphone doesn't work anymore.. the music player is working in the phone speaker.. it was working before now it stop suddenly i enter the safemode not work i didnot try factory reset yet does any one do factory reset and did it work? i tried many headphones does any one know how to fix this ..or having the same problem ? i use diagnostics in Samsung members app ports it canot detect it i use soundabout app to work from play store and it work manualy from this app but i want it automaticaly by the phone only not using any app i tried to clean the audio jack in the phone didnot work replace audio jack can work it or factory reset
