s7 edge frequent hang

hi I recently bought a s7 edge, the phone is superb but hangs every now and then. once it hangs have to restart it. this happens a lot of time.

please advise how to fix this problem

try to format it if n.8ot fixed they have to change it

Hi, please try safe mode first and check id it is still hanging. Most of the time it is caused by an app and not the phone. If issue persists try a factory reset before going to a service center.

finally iam relived of the hanging prob
its problem with the main mother board . samsung replaced it n after that no hang issues
