im using jio in s6 edge.. but from this days its giving to much issues..like calls are not going.. text messages are failed.. whats the peoblem.? jio customer care said that it ia problem of samsung device..they want to send them stable software update nouget is not good .. like marshmellow was... 😐😔

uninstall my jio app... issue is with jio... other carriers dont want to connect jio's call and msges due to high competition.. jio has already filed complains to TRAI regarding it. If jio customer care tells u that your phone has problem then ask him to give me this reason in written Email. They will never do it.
