Android has its limitations that after 2 -3 update the compatiability issues occurs so to ensure smooth running of ur phone no android phone manufacturer provides more than 3 updates .. Nevermind but its like you have a laptop 10 years ago with same hardware configurations just like the new model of laptops, but the new ones will run new softwares more better than the old one facing more compatibility problems. So its more important to run your phone better & smoother, than having a device will multiple bugs and battery issues.
