Galaxy SWhy no beta in the Middle East?
Samsung limits beta regions for legal/regulatory, language support, and server/feedback reasons. Historically the Middle East is not included in early betas.
What you can do now
1. Check Members → Notices and Software update → Download and install regularly. Stable releases arrive in waves by country/CSC and carrier.
2. Keep Galaxy Store & Samsung Members updated so you’ll see the banner if Samsung ever opens a regional pilot.
3. Avoid changing CSC/region to force beta. It’s unofficial, can break services or warranty, and still may not work. Wait for the stable OTA.
When for S25 Ultra (Middle East)?
Samsung and multiple outlets indicate the stable One UI 8 for the S25 series begins in September 2025, starting with the existing beta countries and then expanding. Middle East variants usually follow shortly after, but exact dates depend on your local CSC and carrier approvals.

Galaxy SBeta limitation isn’t about selling new phones. Samsung restricts beta to a few regions mainly because of regulatory approvals, language support, and infrastructure for handling user feedback/bug reports. It’s not carrier-driven sales strategy, though carriers do play a role in approving final stable rollouts.
Stable updates are still guaranteed. Even if the Middle East doesn’t get beta, the official stable One UI 8 update will arrive once testing is complete. It usually follows shortly after the first beta regions.
For official escalation:
Inside the Samsung Members app → Support → Feedback/Report error, you can send feedback directly to Samsung’s software team.
You can also use the Contact us section in the Members app or the Samsung Gulf support website for formal complaints/requests.
I agree it would be great if more regions were included in beta, and sharing feedback like yours through official channels is the best way to make Samsung aware of regional demand.

Galaxy SWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and truly understand how frustrating it can be.
We appreciate your feedback, and once the update is ready, it will be announced through the Samsung Members app.
