s25 ultra camera blurry photos

I recently swirched from old Iphone to a brand new Samsung S25 ultra. I thought my new photos will look better but they look like taken by a cheap random name android phone. The Iphone i bought years ago has a much better camera. Samsung should refund half of the money to the buyers, which is $600 in my case.

If anyone knows a secret setting that we all didn't configure correctly please let me know

I had and i contacted customer service and he told me to reset camera setting bcs the pic format was heic something when i did what he said now the pic is clear and its jpg format

It would be better to check it from Samsung Customer Service. They are very helpful, and if the issue is from the company, they will replace the set.

You are the only one who has that issue. I have never experienced blurry pictures issue since 2019 on any flagship from Samsung
