I have tried #00sv00. But its not working 😞

There's no need of password. To access Quick Share developer options and labs, you need an app called System UI Tuner. Follow this video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12rE764JXUweTJx9CS3KwiSJZ6-UiJTGc/view?usp=drivesdk to open the activity.
For opening developer options, search for "developer" after selecting Quick Share app and then select that activity instead of the one shown in the video. For opening labs, search for "labs" after selecting Quick Share app and then select that activity instead of the one shown in the video.

I've also replied to you in Reddit as well. Instructions: To access Quick Share, install the System UI Tuner app and click the lock screen option. Open the lock screen shortcuts menu to change the left/right shortcut. Search for Quick Share, click it, then search for DeveloperSettingsActivity (for accessing developer settings) or HiddenSettingActivity (for accessing labs) and select it. Click OK and lock your device. Now you can open the shortcut from the lock screen and access the hidden menu.
