s22 ultra white bar on top right

my S22 ultra suddenly got this white bar on top right corner. There is no water damage and no external damage on screen it happens all of the sudden.

if I turn off adaptive screen mode and use 60hz screen it turn back to normal but whenever I turn 120 hz on the white bar come back
