s22 ultra hdr videos issue

hi there 

regarding on the HDR problems on the S22 Ultra, the issue being the screen dimming after moving the brightness slider to increase brightness. 

please Samsung publish a software update to fix the issue. 

One of the main features of this phone is for maximum viewing pleasure but how can I enjoy when the brightness is so dark and there is nothing I can do to increase the brightness?

unfortunately your authorised service center has refused to repair my device and the tech guy said there is no issue with my s22 ultra..
please Samsung help

i don't have any problem with my phone
the only issue i have is with the HDR videos
this one can be solved with a proper update
