Hello users, 
I have bought a s21 ultra pre order from flipkart and upon receiving I didn't get any smart tag or watch or any offer.
It's been 6 days m not getting any offer on samsung shop nor any reply from care.

All they do is share details through email no response.

Did this happen to any lse??
Any solution??

Customer to first activate mobile with prebooking number only and wait for 72 hours after activation to avail the offer.

In case the customer is still facing issues, please contact us at:

(Select Category as "Offers" and sub category as "Redemption Issue")

Please also mention the following details while creating ticket via above link:

1) IMEI no
2) Prebooking no
3) Mobile no used in SIM 1
4) SIM 1 insertion date
5) Mobile no used in SIM 2
6) SIM 2 insertion date
7) Error message received
😎 Date when customer last attempted to redeem offer


Customers can also call redemption helplilne @ 1800 10 7267864 (but preferred and quicker mode is creating ticket via above link)

call Samsung Cc , Send mail to the Samsung CEO, and tell them everything.

Even I am facing same issue. I have contacted Samsung helpline multiple times. They have asked me to wait for 5 to 7 days. Hoping they resolve the issue.

we should send them court notice I guess. because it's been 5 6 days no proper response. samsung is saying my imei number is not valid for offer and contact point of sale
