s21 Ultra Overheat

My s21 ultra (exynos) overheats like crazy, it burns my hand whenever the camera is on for a while, it even stops charging when I'm using Skype. I've asked around and multiple people in the gulf have the same issue. They changed my phone, gave me a new one, still same issue! So disappointed, all samsung says is "wait for an update to fix the issue"!

Same here I have buy this phone 2 days ago and after some minutes on videocall it overheating extremely and start to shut down some processes from that. I am very disappointed from this phone and if the problem presist I will turn it back. I haven't never same issues in the past. My last phone was S10 5G

i never had issues with s5, s8, my family s10 and note 5
so it's very disappointing to see them price more for lower quality

Exynos is the problem this processor has heating issues. If possible get the Snapdragon version its far better in terms of temperature.

they only sell the exynos in the gulf region apparently

Yes but as far as I know you get the international version(the one with snapdragon) online like Amazon.

Never buy a samsung phone! Me personally suffering the same along with many exynos users!
