Dear samsung india..you told that our s20fe/5g getting monthly security patch every months..but where is the update??in month of February there is no security patch..no update for samsung s20fe/5g..where r February security patch??samsung s10lite,note 10 lite getting every month update but why s20fe not..samsung mid range phones getting February security patch..where r February update for us??we spand 40k for s20fe 5g than why we compromise??last update we got at 28th January..now 33days gone but there is no update come..you say that it is a flagship killer phone from samsung..than why you didn't treat like flagship???is it a marketing policy??

shame on you samsung india..we costumes are foolish so we brought samsung phone..so we trust samsung policy..this is my last samsung phone i use..after that i don't use any phone but i not buy any samsung phone.

do not buy any samsung phones next time..oneplus is a Chinese brand but much better than Samsung..every oneplus phone getting update timely midrange,flagship every phones.i am useing oneplus 9r..it is much better than Samsung..there is no lag..no heating problems..but every samsung phones has lagging issues, heating lssues..s20 fe have sd865 flagship prosser..than why we face lagging issues..it means that software is not optimized by samsung..

Oneplus = tatti & battery bomb. It used to be good until oneplus 7T now it's OPPO not oneplus and even they provide buggy updates. I have used oneplus 6 and know about the updates very well. Will not recommend anyone to buy oneplus. Samsung is way ahead and can never be compared with any Chinese brands.

Don't even compare those Chinese brands with Samsung
Samsung is Samsung
Oneplus or any Chinese brands can't even match to Samsung in any department, whether it's camera, display, battery, or performance
So forget about software
Samsung is best in the Android industry with the longest software support of 5 yrs

This is not an issue with Samsung but with Samsung India, Samsung is way ahead in releasing updates and features and every other region are pushing the updates ASAP except Samsung India. If possible try to get Samsung devices from UAE, I have two Samsung devices, a Note 9 and a Note 10+ both devices are up to date and I always receive security patch or firmware update at least a week ahead Samsung devices in India.

bro samsung m31s get security patch today..a50 aslo get security patch every month..than why samsung flagship not get security patch every month??we get last update in January..now March no update..every phone get update why only s20fe are not??

Samsung India developer are slow. We don't want a buggy update that's all matter at the end of the day. So have patience.

okk i understand 👍..why oneplus is so smooth than Samsung any phones..did u any time use oneplus 8t??if u use oneplus 8t..8t have 865 like samsung s20fe 5g..but you feel that you 8t is much more smooth than Samsung s20 fe..and gameing is so smooth...but camera is not upto mark like samsung..i love to use samsung phones so in last 4 to 5yrs i am useing samsung phones..but after few days everyphones has lagging issues..why samsung why??
