Thats because of the Exynos 990. I was a fan of the Exynos series but this processor disappointed me.

Phones with glass back do feel warmer. My iPhone X used to get warm too. Let the phone settle for few days. Also check if there is an app that keeps running in the background.

lots of heating issues with the Exynos chip.. really disappointed with the Ultra.. battery drains with minimal usage.. camera quality sub-par.... bad decision to get this phone... hope future updates fixes these issues.

Exynos is the reason.... Anyways some regular things to try.

1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
