s20 plus overheating

Hi guys, 

My s20 plus is getting really hot just by charging,video call for 15 mins or call over 45 mins and for all games. Does anyone having the same issues?

Never expected this kind of **bleep** from a samsung flagship

it's the bugs of one ui 2 try factory reset and then update device clear cache from device

S20+ have one UI 2.1

Stop using phone on network while charging heating can be caused by many reasons
your bluetooth NFC wifi may all be on together
background apps running too many optimise phone from device care

Can't say about S20+ but my Ultra works just fine and I think both these handsets are on same update. If factory reset doesnt help, drop an email to Samsung since their phone support is closed.

For heating issue follow the given link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1119803
1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
