Galaxy S(Switch off your phone. Press and hold power button and volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on. You will reach the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. Normally, this will not effect any personal data or settings)
Let me see whether it works. Thank you.

Galaxy SHello there,
Battery percentage may vary according to the usage (internet, call, video playback, etc..). However, if you feel that the device battery drains quickly when no function is used, please send the device to one of the service centres to discover and fix the problem. www.samsung.com/ae/support/servicelocation/.
Thank you

Galaxy S(Press and hold the power button (🔴 Red button on your SCREEN ). Then tap 'Safe Mode' )
If it is solved in safe mode, that means, a third party app you installed recently, is causing the problem. Find out the app and uninstall it.
