s20 fe hitting

I bought s20fe last Saturday and it started hitting up on the same day even in normal use. And battery is draining very fast. I have to charge my phone 3 to 4 times a day

not helping this ... Are you thinking that i am that fool ... Boss I am working in SAMSUNG and this issue is happening in this model....almost in 4-5 pics i had seen this issue in a week
