Its been 10 days I hv bought this phone and the issue is there.. how ever the team refuses to accept the same . They say that it is the feature of the phone. Which I disagree to belive.. please let me know any escalation desk which we can reach.. i think im gonna ask for refund .. note 20 also has over heating g issue which reads out to be 70 degrees., unsafe for use
