Just bought the phone 5-6 days back. Phone is ok but experiencing touch issues.. Fingerprints unlock is nt working at all. Sometimes it doesn't unlock at all and have to enter pin. Secondly the side key it stuck in the body while pressing.  Don't knw wat to do now.. any updates for the touch!!

I already same issue regarding ghost touches. Now it's solved after update.
The side key stuck maybe hardware issue. Do visit customer care.

before s20fe i bought a71 only and returned it the 4th day due to manufacturing defects....quality of samsung is not what it used to be...

fingerprint unlocking is nt gud. u just have to keep trying but phone won't unlock. then have to use pin only
