any one can explain googleplay systems updates  what is this updates its same like Google pixel updates..........i get 8.3kb updates

Hey, as our device is running with Android from Google, they push the updates through it.

after android10 i cannot make WhatsApp call means network blocking......everytime i want reset network.....its will ok ..i alredy ask my network they said no more blocking........its any bug or not
