Hi I just upgraded my Samsung phone to s10plus 1TB but after transferring my old data to new phone I checked my storage & I shocked the system memory is showing 86.4 GB😳 its v weared, means if I had gone for 128GB MEANS i don't have storage at all. Kindly explain.....

that means your system memory already ate 86.4gb out of 1000gb.. thats usage NOT remaining storage. 😉

its just System memory not all storage you still have 806.3 GB to use

That's common. That happens in every device like mobile, laptop, even in pendrives as well. That is a dedicated spot for system memory to be accessed.
