Got my s10e on 2nd of may and since the very first day having battery issues. Battery on the phone is vry bad. Not even lasts for 10hrs in a day plus the phone is hot all the time even when i m is sitting idle.
Please i want to return the product.

I think replacement is valid for 15days..go to the service center,get it checked and if there would be any issue they will give you one authorized letter and that will be sufficient enough to get your device replaced..all these points are applicable if you have purchased your device from offline store.
