Galaxy SAs the title states, I cannot enter recovery mode on my s10e. Have tried the whole, turn off, then hold bixby, vol up and power. This still boots and display an error on unlock screen (PDP back-up fail, System recovery repeat).
Reading through multiple forums people are saying you need to plug a USB - C in as well as hold the buttons.
Here in lies the issue. The whole reason I want to boot in recovery mode is because my USB connectivity to PC's no longer works and I want to clear the Cache as I've read this can solve this issue. The issue is I can't get my phone recognized by PC's. I have tried three diff PC's and 5+ diff USB a to C and USB C - C cables...
I'm at a loss, and about to smash this phone.

Galaxy SHi,
Please note that Advanced Photo Editor feature is no longer available due to a software concept. However, you can edit your photos/videos from the normal editing mode.
If you have any more issues with your device, please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician.
