s10e 4g internet is not working after android 11 update

After updating to android 11, in my s10e internet is not working properly. Its breaking in every 5 min and i need to toggle the connection.
Tried clearing cache partition, network reset, sim removal and re-inserting etc etc.. but no luck.
3g internet is working fine

solved partially by switching the second sim off. after that 4g is working fine.
currently i have switched the sim on and kept in only 2g mode. seems like this is also working.
