Frankly, I am upset with Samsung. We paid big money for phones like the s10 and s20 and they don't support 5g, and now phones are being downloaded at low prices that support 5g

S20 have 5G versions and the technology is still new thus not being present on S10.

Yes, but Samsung must compensate us by switching our phones by paying a small difference to move to 5g. I bought the phone approximately $ 1000.

Try exchanging your phone. Like I said before 5G is still new technology so it's not so practical as of now.

5g technology did not exist at the time s10 was released. The 5g chipsets have different hardware configuration, and cannot be upgraded. As mentioned by @ghost777 exchanging your phone is the only option.
