turn on ( focus on performance) in the game launcher and turn off power mode and you'll get a better experience if not maybe there is another reason like the game servers or your internet connection is not good enough I have s10 exynos version and I play PUBG it run fast and smooth
I have played it on my s10 plus exynos version without any problem so check your settings plus internet connection bcs it needs very fast speed to run the game
