Whatsapp incoming call notification didnt popup when some one calls....

How to fix this issue?

See if any update have come for WhatsApp, If it have come so update it and check it out otherwise download to latest version of WhatsApp from apk mirror.

I think you have blocked it's Notifications through Notifications Settings of WhatsApp.
1st of all check it out in App Settings & Notifications too from Your Mobile Settings Menu.
