Galaxy S10+ is still one of the best Android phones moreover this wont be like a BIG UPGRADE for a S10+ user. (I bought this cus I was using Note9 which I handed over to someone)
you can upgrade it,but not much difference between those both . not worth of upgrading already but since phone would lose more value after 1 year i can't say what would benefit most. if you feel it's a good deal ,get it or else leave it . normal Android phone value will be 1/3 of its purchase value after 2 years.(estimate)
if you want to upgrade, you miss 3.5 mm audio jack, Heartbeat sensor, curved screen, front dual camera, 12 megapixel dual aperture camera and at least spend 35k😍 my device stay on S10 Plus and buy new device realme E X 50 Pro in 38000 for your family with Snapdragon 865
