s10 plus screen broken

Recently my s10 plus screen is broken. But I didn't drop the mobile on the floor.

I just kept my mobile for charging.  When I came back after some time, it is broken.

But mobile is still functional but there are cracks all over my phone.

Did anyone face the same issue? If so how did u fix it and what would be the cost to replace it

i dont believe that phone cracked just by putting it on charging.. no one would believe that.. attaching screenshot of the cost for replacements.. visit samsung service center after lockdown.. thanks.. hope it helps..

I didn't mean it got cracked while charging. what I meant is crack happened without falling down.
I have seen same cases in quora where some people came across same issue

so how did it exactly crack without taking any hit? the thing is that physical damage is not covered under warranty.. so no matter how it cracked you'll have to pay for replacement..
