Prolly ig there won't be feb patch update coz s10 regular series already got an oneui 3 hotfix update in Feb first week. So they may skip this month and give next update in March
Samsung galaxy s10 plus will get one ui 3.1 along with February security patches in mid March, so that's probably they are pushing the update right now
