What is wrong with Samsung phones????

With new update of one ui 2.5 my past issue isn't resolved and here comes a new one wow. 

Why does all the audio comes out from earpiece instead of speaker?

This happens everyday once.

Using youtube or using any sort of social app, even using the Samsung music app.

Its getting very annoy .

I think need to swtich to other brand soon.

Because samsung doesn't care.

Ok. Next time when you face the issue, instead of restarting the device, force stop botim and ToTok. Then check whether the issue is solved or not. Let us know the result.
