You must be using amazon prime app. Do one thing. Search for 'smartfittingservice' and disable appear on top. This started happening after using amazon prime video on one ui 2.5 update which will be fixed in October update as per samsung CC.

Settings > search 'smartfittingservice'. Click on app info and scroll down to advanced. Here disable appear on top.Screenshot_20201025-103413_Settings_3416.jpg
