mine is also not a month old and it does heat up a lot. Specially while watching videos. It happens in summer time. Don't keep your phone in cover. Keep removing background processes. Dont use it while charging. Check if your browser is eating up more ram. Clear browser chache and close too many open tabs.
I know android phone gets hot in summer ,but my phone is getting heated more than It should be, my last phone was oneplu 5t and i never had that issue with the phone. this kind of heating isn't normal, really disheartening to see a phone worth 40k face this kinda issue in the initial month of buying
i am not facing overheating issue so maybe the problem is with your particular device. But you'll have to wait till lockdown is over to get it tested in official service centre. Meanwhile try using the chat in this app. There will be some service agent with who you can share this issue and maybe he/she would be able to give right solution
