s10+ doesn't shows 5g wifi

wifi is on either 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz. samsung devices i think dont not support 5Ghz. 5G is some thing else. every one is mixing 5Ghz and 5G GSM network. in you extender setting change frequency to 2.4 ghz. this is solution.

S10 plus support WiFi 6 (WiFi ax)
even iPhone doesn't support it yet.
it's router settings or some modems doesn't go well with Samsung devices...
next time Just go close to modem and search..

maybe your mobile modem is faulty 5ghz isn't working properly then...
check with other 5ghz modem to make sure... then claim your warranty...
